The CDL 206 is a 210mm width roll laser printer developed with HP’s hardware. Together with elf-developed operation and RIP system. It can withstand long hours use with stable performance. Adjusting toner density for consistent print quality.

With an ultra-sharp 1200 DPI resolution, it can print clear, legible text as small as 1mm. There are no length limitations, it supports single files up to 8 meters long. And excels at variable data printing, overprinting, and printing on pre-cut labels.

Ideal for high-precision, high-volume applications, the CDL 206 delivers unmatched efficiency and versatility.

Print Cost

It's around $0.04/0.05 per square meter for 5%/10% coverage label. There is chips to limit where clients want to purchase comsumable parts.

Hardware etc

Brush feeder to release static, making toner can be attached on silver foil, PET etc much easier.

The printer equips with gap sensor, it can do over print on printed label or print

on pre-cut labels.

Take up and feeder driven by photo sensor are

easy to use. Payload is 250 meters, though the

printer has no problem printing 1000m a day or longer.

Free RIP system, the printer's fuser temperature, toner density can be adjusted

to maintain hours of printing.

In our test, even after 300 meters continuous printing, the colour remains similar.
